"The Right Person I needed This Morning"

My name is Jennifer.  I just called your business and spoke to a young lady I was very impressed with.  Her name is Sherri.  Talk about customer service!  Answered every question, walked me through the internet part (I was looking for coupons)  Being on a pretty tight budget, she was helping me "think" what I needed to do.  She talked to me like I was family.  Being a single mommy I need all the help I can get.  She was the right person I needed this morning.  A lot of people call and complain, not today.  I give her a "thumbs up".  Thank you for having such sweet, knowledgeable and caring employees.

I just bought a new 2011 Toyota Highlander last weekend and was sold on the service and experience provided at Dub Richardson Toyota. Ted Gummerson was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. He was low pressure, but very informative and help me through the sales process. I did a lot of research and from top to bottom the Toyota line is extremely impressive and holds its value better than competition. Dub Richardson Toyota has a great service department and all the staff is ready to help and make things easier. The financing department did a great job and made it easy and fun to buy. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We would like to comment on the fantastic service we received from Dub Richardson Toyota. On July 16, 2010, we were traveling across country, when our 2008 Toyota truck, overheated terribly. we were in the middle of nowhere , about 40 miles west of Oklahoma City. It was 97* and before we were rescued, it was over 100*. (AAA was wonderful, also). We were towed to a small burg, and after several hours, they decided they could not fix our truck. We contacted Dub Richardson Toyota, Annalee, and she was the greatest. Now, this was already 4:00.p.m. They were to close at 6:00, and we were still 30 miles from them. Annalee assured us not to worry, we would get it repaired , and be on our way, to our granddaughters wedding, in New Mexico. we were again towed, this time to D.R. Toyota, Ralph and another worker, immediately took the truck back and started work on it. With the constant encouragement of Annalee, and everyone there, we were resting a little easier. These people stayed an hour late, on a Friday night,so we could get back on the road, and never once complained! We were out by 7:00, back on the road, and we made the wedding the next day, on time. Thank you so much!!!! We were so impressed with this service, when we get ready to buy a new Toyota, we will travel to Dub Richardson, in Oklahoma City, to purchase it. Now understand we live in Knoxville, Iowa! Thank you everyone!!!

I decided that it was time to buy a new vehicle after owning my F150 for 13 years. It was also time to try something new, so I decided to try a small SUV. I thought I wanted a Jeep until I was harassed by two salesman, who continually called, left voice messages (after I got tired of talking to them on the phone), and emailed me. The Jeep Wrangler wouldn't do what I needed (pull a 2740 pound boat), so I visited Dub Richardson Toyota. I was not tracked down on the lot, nobody stood over me wanting to know what I could afford, and never did I get those dreaded ?what do I have to do to get your business? questions. I got a smile and handshake and all my questions answered. I left that afternoon with some literature and good information to do my Internet research. I wasn't sure about the FJ Cruiser, since they aren't all that popular in Oklahoma City, but I found that owners love them and share their information online. With my research in hand, I stopped at Dub Richardson Toyota just a couple of days later to be greeted in the same manor I did on day one; with a smile and handshake. They earned my business, and didn't even have to ask me how, they just knew. This was far the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Dub Richardson employees for everything.

We did enjoy the buying experience with Dub Richardson when we purchased the 2011 Toyota Highlander.

Our salesman did appear to know the Highlander very well.

Our test drive started when he walked us out the front door and right in front was the Highlander.  He started explaining the many features and answered all of our questions.  Although the wife was very nervous having been involved in an accident with airbag deployed and our original 2007 Toyota Highlander deemed totaled by the insurance company, he eased her through the process of getting ready to drive.  He allowed her to drive over several types of road conditions and speeds.  The only negative was perhaps I wasn't sure where we could park our vehicle while we came in to talk to your sales representatives.  I did not see any visitor's parking areas.  We brought in an email from Toyota that offered a $50 Amazon gift card for test driving and a $250 Amazon gift card for purchasing a new Toyota.  I believe we received that email because we signed onto a link at the Oklahoma State Fair.  Our sales rep copied the email and indicated he would find out more info to see if we qualified.

I went to this dealer to purchased the first car I have ever purchased on my own. I bought a Rav 4, which I love! The whole team was great they all treated me like a person not a sale. Once the purchased was done, my sales rep walked me out to my new car and thanked me for my business and even gave me a hug! It felt like dealing with a family member. I will come back for my next purchased and recommend this dealer to everyone!

"One Of My Best Buying Experiences"

Having dealt with dealerships for over 20 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences in a long while. I bought a used 2006 Mazda 3 Hatchback, beating out two other parties interested in the car. The GM and sales associate James Brandt verified the car was still on the lot when I called to inquire about it. Mr Brandt returned my call, stating the bodyshop was performing required toch-up work and advised I should wait a day; however, was open to my coming to see the vehicle since I was so close to the dealership. As luck would have it, Dub Richardson specializes in oddball vehicles or hard to find models, like this Mazda. Mr Brandt covered everything I needed to know, answered all my questions, and was more of the neighbor than a salesman with our chit-chat. I drove the car around the lot since the bumper hadn't been remounted, and it was enough for me to ask that it be wrapped up to go. My financing had already been pre-approved which made the final paperwork a breeze. I have no qualms with recommending Dub Richardson Toyota to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

"Proud Owner Of a New Toyota Tundra"

I am a long time Ford owner however recently it was time to replace my truck and a friend of mine convinced me to give the guys over at Dub Richardson Toyota a chance. Personally I thought there is no way I would want anything over there however I went ahead and let him run me by the place. I have to say I could not believe how different the quality of service was. The dealership was clean and the folks that worked there went out of their way to make me comfortable. After a thorough lesson on how well the Tundra was built and a test drive I am now a new Tundra owner. I would have never thought I would give up my Ford for a Toyota however there is something to say for the service you get up at Dub Richardson Toyota. I have no regrets and plan to drive the wheels of this truck!
